An exceptional system...

Take a moment to focus on your digestive system.

No doubt it is hard at work processing what you have just eaten - taking the goodness out, buffering the bad stuff and generally moving it all on through.

Can you feel it hard at work?

Probably not.

Do you need to focus on your digestion to ensure it keeps working?

No.

Why is that?

Because an effective system is largely invisible.

Invisible Systems for business

Just like the systems in our bodies (digestive, circulatory, respiratory), the systems in our business should be largely invisible.

Invisible Business Systems guide employee behaviour, providing additional information where and when they need it.  This ensures the important things in your business are done consistently, reliably and profitably.

Invisible Systems ensure the bulk of the important activities are done reliably and consistently, thereby freeing valuable brain space for the new and/or very complex things in your business.

In a growing business where there is an increasing amount of things to juggle, invisible systems are vital to ensure you remain free to concentrate on continued growth for your business.

Just like the systems in our bodies, effective business systems should be invisible

But isn't that complicated?

Actually no.

Designing and implementing these kinds of invisible systems into your business is very:

  • efficient
  • effective, and
  • easy

You don't need complex technology, and you don't need to engage in massive organisational change.

There are simple tools you can use in your business right now.

Presenting: The Invisible Systems Workshop

Invisible Systems: The 9 essential tools for implementing flexible systems that allow your business to succeed

Invisible Systems is a training workshop specifically designed to help you make the important things in your business happen reliably and easily.

Why is this workshop different?

Because during the workshop you will work on specific activities which directly benefit your business.

All the material is discussed and explored in the context of your own business.  You will have the opportunity to try everything out and ask questions to deepen your understanding of the tools.

We are committed to helping you grow a successful business therefore we believe the success of this workshop is solely dependent on how it impacts on your business performance.

That is why we have structured the workshop to support you in getting the maximum results for your business.

"I found it very helpful to apply the ideas straight away.  Being able to work through the ideas in respect to my own business during the course meant I understood and learned a lot more."

Kirsteen Day, Obex Medical

Frequently asked questions

How and when do I receive my workbook?

Your workbook will be provided to you at the beginning of the workshop.

How do I access the forum and extra goodies?

The forum and extra goodies are accessed through the Client Resources, password protected section of our website.  They will be available to you after your workshop.  When you register for this workshop you will set up your personal login and password details which you will then use to access the Client Resources section.

What is the delivery style of the workshop?

People learn by doing.  Therefore the majority of time is spent applying the concepts in your own business - through individual and group exercises plus discussion.  There is a small amount of lecture with examples to introduce each concept. There is plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions.

We are serious about your learning.

What if I can't make the workshop?

You have two choices.  Cancel 5 working days before the workshop and receive a refund less a $150 administration and catering fee, or roll your registration over to the next Invisible Business Systems Workshop.

What if I have questions after the workshop?

You will have questions as they are a natural part of applying your learning, and that is why we have the forum.  You can post any questions or material for feedback in the Invisible Business Systems Workshop section of our forum.  They will be answered promptly by us and you are also likely to get valuable feedback from the other participants on the same course.

How easy is it to use the forum?

The forum is very simple to navigate.  If you can navigate around a website or your Outlook Inbox then you will find it easy to use our forum.  We have a simple instruction guide to make things easy, we are also available for you to phone or email us with any questions you have.

What if the course doesn't work for me?

We take great care to ensure the course suits your specific needs; however it can still be difficult to know for certain.  That's why we have our:

'Look no hands!' guarantee

Your first experience of bike riding was probably on a tricycle.  From there you may have progressed to a bicycle with trainer wheels, then no trainer wheels to finally a bike with gears, until...

Look, no hands!

You could ride your bike so well that you didn't even need to hold the handle bars.

This didn't happen overnight.  You worked hard, made mistakes and overcame many obstacles.

This is typical of any learning process.

We have designed our programs to facilitate this learning process by breaking the learning into smaller bits and providing ongoing support to help you overcome any obstacles unique to your business that you encounter along the way.

As a result we are confident you will achieve real progress where it counts - in your business.

If however, after working through the material, workshop and forum you still feel the program has not helped you implement Invisible Systems successfully then we will provide a full refund.
