Corporate Strategic Management Programme  For mature organisations

Ideal for the whole management team, the Corporate Strategic Management Programme achieves improved performance through increased strategic alignment and development of management skills.

This unique programme utilises your own strategy and systems and has customised modules for each level of management:

  • CEO/GM
  • Senior Managers
  • Middle Management

For the CEO/GM we review the current goals, strategies and performance of the organisation and set objectives for the programme.  An optional workplace climate survey can also be undertaken.

For Senior Managers our facilitation will enable the senior management team to:
